How can I check my minutes?

When can I get a new phone?

Depending on your contract term, update dates may vary:

1-year contract you can upgrade after 10 months.

2-year contract you can upgrade after 22 months.

2-year contract on a $59.99 single line plan or higher for a minimum of three consecutive months and or a primary family share line of $59.99 or higher for a minimum of three consecutive months may upgrade after 1 year.

Can I text with my pre-paid phone?

Yes, at a rate of $.10 per text message and $.25 per picture message sent and/or received.

What time do night and weekends start?

Night Hours are Monday through Friday 9:01pm to 5:59am. Weekend hours are 12:00am Saturday to 11:59pm Sunday.

How many extra lines can I have?

You can add up to 4 share lines on your account.
